Shipping Area

We currently ship orders within the United States only.

If your shipping address is outside our supported delivery area, you may be unable to complete your order. If an unsupported order is accepted by mistake, we may contact you to cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, package size, package weight, and selected shipping service.

Applicable taxes, if any, will be displayed separately at checkout.

Free standard shipping is available on orders totaling $68.00 or more.

The order subtotal must remain at least $68.00 after discounts, coupons, promotional credits, or other reductions have been applied.

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Gift wrapping;
  • Upgraded packaging;
  • Expedited delivery;
  • Oversized packaging; or
  • Special handling.

Any additional charges will be disclosed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Please allow time for the carrier’s system to update after the shipping label has been created.

If an order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order.

Your address should include:

  • Apartment, suite, or unit number;
  • City and state;
  • ZIP code; and
  • A valid telephone number when required.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping fees may apply before the order is sent again.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after order processing has started.

Shipping address changes cannot normally be made after an order has shipped.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

  • Clear photographs of the outer package;
  • Clear photographs of the inner packaging;
  • Clear photographs of the affected product; and

Please retain the product and packaging until the request has been reviewed.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

  • Replacement components;
  • A partial refund;
  • A full refund; or
  • Another appropriate solution.

Missing Items or Components

Some products or multi-piece toy sets may be shipped in separate packages.

Before reporting an item as missing, please:

  • Confirm whether every package has been delivered;

If an item or component is still missing, contact us with your order number and photographs of the products received.
